Rapturously good, but I HATE the footer—the perspective is really screwed over. It would be better if it just ended in black or a faint color glow.

the stocks used at the bottom are terribly out of perspective and could use a lot of color adjustments! That lady especially as she looks like a cutout and not part of the scene.

With that being said, I think the rest of the template is pretty well done :)

May be you are right regarding footer thinking but i make footer not much excited... i want to create the intentions on header part first...

I really like the whole layout, specially the header (is it your own vector?). But what the hell you did on the footer? the sofa hasnt a clear cut and the woman... i mean what the hell does the woman there? she looks antiaaliasedx32qxfsaa :D

However, do something with the footer and you will have a awesome design ;)
